The Workforce Training Fund Express Program has transitioned to a new application experience on FormTitan designed to make applying for grant funds easier and more efficient. This is part of a larger ongoing shift at Commonwealth Corporation to host all program applications, RFPs, and other webforms on FormTitan.

This upgrade streamlines the application experience in two main ways: 

• • Simplified application process – The new platform reduces the number of pages required, allowing you to complete your application more quickly.
  • Course award eligibility calculation – The FormTitan application enables you to calculate your company's maximum reimbursement amount for every course you apply for, providing immediate clarity on your organization's potential maximum award under program guidelines.
